Menus

Site Administrators and Content Editors have access to the Structure tools in the admin toolbar. This is where you will have access to edit all of your site menus.

Below is a description of what each menu is responsible for and what it looks like on the site.

  • Main Navigation: This is the primary top-level header menu for your visitors to navigate your site. You can edit this menu in the Structure menu, or add pages to the menu when creating new pages on the site.

  • Utility Navigation: The utility menu is located in the top position of the site under the search bar. This should only display menu items that are important to be on every page but do not change very often. Links like Contact, About, Resources are all links that can be prioritized for this area.

  • Footer Navigation: Menu items in the footer help your users navigate to additional content on your website. These can be used to provide quick links to key or important information on your website.
