How to log in to your site

Step 1: Locate the login link

  1. Navigate to a page on your HarvardSites Drupal website.
  2. Locate the Admin login link in the page footer at the bottom of the page. We recommend connecting to the Harvard VPN before logging in to your site (see Getting Started with VPN for instructions).

Step 2: Log in with HarvardKey

  1. Select the Log in with HarvardKey button in the HarvardKey Log In section.
    1. If you are redirected to the HarvardKey Sign In screen, enter your HarvardKey information and select Sign In (see Getting Started with HarvardKey).

Select the Log in with HarvardKey button to sign in using your HarvardKey information.
  1. Once you have signed in, you will see a notification that you are successfully  logged in.

After logging in, look for the notification that “you have been logged in.”

Please note that logging in with HarvardKey is the only way to access and edit your site. If you need to provide access to an external vendor, you need to set them up with a Sponsored Role via HUIT.
