Released 10/31/2024. Significant functionality for these releases includes the following:

- Allow users to be invited with the Viewer role
- Add support for Threads Social Media Icon and Link
- Add "Featured Item" feature to News List block
- GSE site style
- New DCE font pairing, color palette and site style
