# Managing content ## expand\_more ## How to manage content using the Content Dashboard ### Step 1: Locate the content to manage 1. Navigate to **Content** to see a listing view of all of the available content in the site (see [Content Dashboard](/resource/content-dashboard "Content Dashboard") for more details about finding and editing content using the dashboard). 2. You can search for the content or find the content within the list of content available for editing. To search: 1. Enter the title of the content, or keywords that would help you find the content. 2. Select the **Content type** (if necessary) to help filter results to only that content type. 3. You can also filter by **Published status**. ### Step 2: Manage content items 1. To edit a content item, select **Edit** from the **Operations** menu. This will open the content in edit mode. 2. To clone a content item, select **Clone** from the **Operations** menu. This will open a new duplicate content item in edit mode, ready to be edited with new content. 3. Content deletion options are only available to **Site Editor** and **Site Administrator** roles. From the **Content Dashboard,** you can delete content items in the following ways: 1. **Delete a single content item:** Select **Delete** from the **Operations** menu, then select **Delete** from the confirmation dialog. 2. **Delete multiple items:** Select the checkbox next to each content item to delete, then select **Delete Content** from the **Action** menu at the bottom of the content list.
