# Known Issues ## expand\_more ## Known issues on the platform The following is a list of issues that the Harvard Web Publishing team is aware of and working toward addressing in an upcoming platform release. The issues are not listed in any particular order. We will regularly update the **Known issues** list as new issues arise and move resolved issues to the **Recently resolved issues** list at the bottom of this page. **Last updated: June 17, 2026** --- ### Current known issues SortCategoryDescriptionLogin If you cannot log in to edit your site with HarvardKey, the email on your Drupal account may not match your HarvardKey email. You can ask another Site Administrator on your site to update your Drupal user account email (see [Managing users](https://drupal.harvardsites.harvard.edu/managing-users)), or contact for help. Button-style cards Button style cards components may display layout inconsistencies at certain tablet-sized screen widths. Listing page Filters are not respected when searching within results on listing pages. Listing page Filter counts for pre-filtered listing pages may be inaccurate because they show total tag usage across the site rather than the number of items in the current filtered view. List components Standard pager not working correctly in some context. Use the "Show more" pager instead, which is the preferred option. Embeds Wrapping video / embedded media causes embed to fail to render. Taxonomy Ampersand showing up as code for taxonomy page titles Vertical cards The card heading level option in the vertical cards component settings is broken.
